About the project
Homes first
Every flat has light from two sides and a balcony deep enough for a table and four chairs. The courtyard is shared, planted and car-free.
Robust and honest
The precast facade panels are exposed inside and out. They will weather over time, and we designed them to look better for it.
Neighbourhood
At street level, a café, a bike workshop and a nursery open onto the pavement.
